Baraka Stingers

Baraka Stinger a coined name which includes the Barangay where these warriors are being bred and raised. Appropriately called by the Spanish Conquistadors ‘baracca’ – a Portuguese word that refers to a “roughly built hut or shack” which probably what they saw in the area when they first landed in this impoverish barangay. It’s also probably one of the reasons why after tracing my roots, it ends up in Portugal....Heck, it's the outcome of being under the rule of Spain and Portugal for almost 400 years.....

Stinger is for the cunning ability of these warriors to have patience but deadly when they see an opportunity to damage or kill their opponents inside a pit. They're like super-yoyo's that keeps bouncing back when they face death and as a friend says: “Continue breeding those damn roosters because they are clever fighters and very deadly!”.......and so it goes.......
